ONLINE FITNESS CLASSES
We deided to call our online fitness community ‘Resist’ and it run through our private facebook group. We provide everyone with 4 Classes per week (2 x Body Pump Classes, 1 x Pelvic Floor & Core Class, 1 x Resist Class) and provide you with the equipment to train from home!
We run 1 in person Wellness Day a month for everyone to come together as a group and allow people to try out our work for free!
